After a couple of years away, we’re absolutely thrilled to be heading back to Glastonbury this June. We can’t wait to see your faces and serve up our signature arancini once again!

Our Arancini Story
After living in Palermo, Sicily in 2010, I learnt the traditional and authentic methods of making original Sicilian arancini or arancine as the Palermitani call them.
Many an evening was spent walking home after a few beers eating an Arancini “bomba” from bar touring in Palermo. These extra large arancini made perfect beer food and are a huge part of the incredible Sicilian street food culture.
Then in 2016 whilst doing crew catering at Glastonbury festival we found ourselves with an overwhelming surplus of risotto. Instead of letting it go to waste we made hundreds of arancini to feed the crew and they went down so well that the idea was born for an arancini food stall!
